"Nice to meet you all." He said nodding to them all and forcing a small smile at the two other creatures "Im...Im still trying to get over that, I hate freaking out...makes things very difficult..." Deon then looked over at liz and smiled "And thanks...id still be a mess if you wernt there to help me out..." His voice was soft, and now after looking at her and seeing a friend here managed to bring him back into a sane state and reality...no matter how insane their reality now was. Slowly and rather reluctantly Selco turned back to the other two "So...Will...will we get more like you two then with time, or did we luck out like this...no offense meant..." A small and nervous chuckle emerged after his statement, hoping not to offend the bird man...the very very very large bird man.

"Sorry to tell you, but, there isn't anyone on the island that's not becoming an animal or unless their new." She paused for a moment before continuing. "Unless your counting the good doctors, or the other faculty members. Other than that, everyone gets very animal-ified."

Cecil said in his makeshift voice, "If that's it, you're really lucky."
They seemed to have a long way to go after this... He didn't want to say it, no use getting them scared before it actually starts happening. It's not like he knew what the doctor was planning with these two anyway. Only time will tell.

"Soooooo, basically the damn git is makin' himself a personal island zoo. What's next? Is he goin' to open it like a fekkin' Jurassic Park, charge top dollar fer shits in giggles?" Her teeth gnashed at the butt of her cigarette in displeasure.

Because if it is I'm so going to find a certain woman if I develop any claws or sharp pointy teeth and let her have abit of close up time with me..." Slowly a small and rather twisted grin formed on his face "Or I may make something like this happen to her...yeah...that may be even better..."

Cecil scribbled down the typical islander response. He gave Deon the book and shrugged.
You'll get used to it.
He himself wasn't sure that he was "Used to it" yet. It didn't seem possible to most people who just came here, but humans haven't lived this long without making their lemons into lemonade. Cecil was pretty sure if he was used to it...
Maybe now wasn't the time to think about it to hard, he's got the rest of his life, after all.
The notebook was snatched from Deon and he wrote to Liz, Scaring people out of their mind sounds fun, tell you the truth.
