Possibly. Does it have a paintbrush tool? That's really all you need.

shinjux, i know ur lookin for some help, but please stop makin new threads for each individual question that u have. we try to keep the guild as clean n organized as we can so most threads here are themed n categorized as games or museums/shoppes..
try to post ur questions in the previous thread that u created, or in the chatterbox, that way, we could always remake ur thread into ur future museum/shoppe when u make ur edits 3nodding
