Magic
In this game, people can equip 'runes', which in turn grants them the ability to use magical powers. In order to equip a rune, you must have the mentioned rune, and a few gems to pay for the attachment. Most characters can not equip runes on their own, only rune masters can do so as a class feature. Otherwise, you'll have to either find another person who can equip/unequip them, or buy the equip with your hard earned gems.

It costs 20 gem, to equip, or unequip a rune level 1.

To equip a higer level rune, it costs 20 times the runes level.

the Recast time of runes is deturmined by the casters turns only.
