Well my librarian's son likes Doctor Who now that her husband got them all into it..looks like the new monsters are still scary after all! He figuratively 'hid behind the sofa' because of the gas mask zombies in "The Empty Child" two-parter. wink

Oh, I loved the gas mask zombies. That was like the best new series story...

Yes the cartoon is part of the program "Totally Doctor Who" which is a program about Doctor Who for kids. Its not really a gameshow as such, but I suppose it could be called that as the kids are there doing challanges etc.
Basically Totally Doctor Who is like a kiddie version of Doctor who confidential, with rather than analysing episodes it has a few more things to liven it up for kids, the cartoon being one of them.
There are also cartoon strips of Doctor who in some of the kiddie magazines which go with it, as well as the ones aimed at older readers!!
I like the cartoons and the comic strips because i think that they give some more stories with interesting plots in that are also short and snappy.

Well....I'm not too big on the cartoon, but the comic strip I suppose I could go for... it worked out well for Heroes and now Smallville, so I suppose Doctor Who could get along well with it.. of course now they've got all these changes in the show and stuff...... emo sweatdrop
