Hiru shunshined into the room, appearing in a kneeling position with one fist to the ground before the ANBU leader. He realized his arrival was somewhat more delayed than what his very impatient superior usually accepted however... He had done the best he could to sneak by the many high level shinobis that occupied this usually nearly deserted island because of the chuunin exams.
"Leech reporting, sir."
The shark boy remained in this position, awaiting further orders and probably the last member of his team.

 Shikon casually hummed to himself as he gave a knock. He looked into the room and noticed he was the last to arrive. He sighed as he stepped into the room and knelt in front of the anbu leader and beside the other one that kneel. "Little late but I'm here sir." Well he thought he was a little late but how would he know? His eyes shifted to the other two people in the room, only one he can really see. He felt... off. They probably were better than him but there was no way he was going to get showed up. If so... At least he'll make a nice dent. 'This is going to be fun.' A smile started to bloom on his face under his mask. "Fenrir reporting, sir."

 You have been summoned here because an opportunity has presented itself that might not be seen again for decades. With the chuunin exams currently underway on our forbidden island, high level shinobis and dignitaries of all the great ninja villages are away from their positions and under our surveillance. We will take advantage of it.
Our intelligence has gathered information about various enemy installations just outside the Land of Rain's borders in which security has been recently lightened. Given the nature of the research that is taking place in these facilities, neither Amegakure nor the Rain Country can claim direct ownership over them, which plays directly into our hands. To all accounts, the political risks associated to your mission are null, as revealing that they were responsible for the research underway in these facility would generate a stronger political blacklash than revealing any form of intrusion from an enemy squad would prove beneficial to them. Still, stealth and secrecy will be of foremost importance, otherwise make no mistake; they will not hesitate to destroy any research to prevent it from falling into enemy hands and will look for a chance for retribution.
Your team has been assembled based on your individual talents for blitz raids on three different facilities to retrieve various research elements. Your main objectives will be as follows:
1. Theoretical Research Library:
Naru's intelligence team has learned of a secret seal formula being develloped that is currently only know under the name Project Datenshi. This will be your main objective. It is still unknown if it is in its final stages, but you are to retrieve it and, if possible and advantageous, destroy it from their library.
2. Biological Testing Laboratory:
There has been word along our borders of various creatures escaping from a forest which is partly in the Rain Country. Apparently, human biological testing is being conducted and a Rain scientist that has... defected... in a way... to our village revealed that they have perfected an implant that would in theory have the ability to increase a shinobi's effectiveness. You are to retrieve it and any additional material you find during your raid.
3. Technological Devellopment Facility:
Our recent ANBU missions in the Rain Country have revealed through encounters with Amegakure shinobis that they have recently been seen using increasingly complex and effective equipment and weapon. Their technology would apparently be tested outside of the village for political and safety reasons. Our spies have traced this facility to a location deep inside the Rain Country's border, and have confirmed increased sightings of experimental technology, mainly weapon modifications, in the area. You are to retrieve and bring it back to us for study.
These objectives are to be completed in sequence. However, you have no room for mistake, if you fail to fulfill an objective in the given time you will have to move on to the next, as a chain of warning will be initiated that may jeopardize the entire mission.
Leech has been given command of this mission as he has recently been on mission in the Land of Rain. He has been briefed on locations and mission specifics, as usual, all information is to be divulged strictly on a need to know basis.
Now, you've wasted enough time simply getting here, move out at once!
NOTE: AUTO SUCCESS OR FAILURE DISABLED FOR ALL OUT OF COMBAT CHECKS FOR THIS MISSION

"Understood.", Hiru answered his superior as he waited for him to leave the room.
He too a quick glance around and immediately noticed someone was missing, as expected nevertheless... For this mission, the Black Ops' Head Ninja hadn't summoned Hiru's old genin cell partner, Masanori Kaijuu, given that his somewhat... unique... skill set had been deemed ill fitted for this sort of assignment. However, Hiru had worked with Masanori on numerous missions and knew his talents could prove extremely valuable in very specific circumstances. Because of this, he had asked to join the squad here for departure. It seemed though that, as usual, he was "fashionably" late... Obviously used to these situations, Hiru left Masanori a note instructing him to make his way to the docks, as Kuurukame, one of Hiru's summons which he had met in the past, would be waiting to swim him to the border of the Rain Country.

 Naru nodded as Hiru answered. When Meikiri left the room, she listened to what Hiru had to say, pondering the specifics of the mission in the mean while. She had no doubt that they would have to deal with enemy guards so she began to think of possible tactics to support Hiru and Fenrir.

Shikon waited till everyone was gone and lifted his mask up long enough to be able to breath the fresh air. He laughed to himself and covered his mask. He laughed just cause he had a good feeling about this. "I think I'm going to have fun on this mission." He followed the rest out. [Exit to Rain Border - Theoretical Research Library]

 Masanori opened the door, but to no luck, the briefing room was empty. He cursed under his mask as he started to walk around the room, "Damnit.. I am supposed to be perfect!" he thought to himself, suddenly spotting a note, with the clear signs of it being from Hiru. He read it with great speed, before dashing out the room and through the island towards the docks. "Being escorted by a turtle... Well.. Atleast it is not a crab.." he smirked gently as he began to reminisce about the days of training together with the Royal Crabs.[Exit to Rain Border - Theoretical Research Library]
