E.m.o.C.o.o.k.i.e. She flushed a deeper red, taken aback at how much of a gentleman he was. "I guess so," she said softly, gazing into his curious eyes. [Gah! I have to go. Post please, though! Sorry and thanks!] ~
He smiled at her display of modesty and released her hand, stepping back and giving her some time to recover.
Shoving his hands in his pockets he walked over to a window and pushed the drapes aside, staring out into the rainy night.
"A rain like this is enjoyable every once and a while," he stated, "Maybe not when you are walking in it but its nice to listen to."
Tilting his head slightly to the side he listened to the soft patter of fat raindrops against the window, like glass beads dropped carelessly on the floor.

She smiled at his sentimental comment. "Indeed," she agreed. She bit her chapped lip out of frustration for not finding something better to say. A small drop of blood dripped of her lip that froze into ice. She licked it in order to save it from going wasted and so he wouldn't notice that it had frozen.

E.m.o.C.o.o.k.i.e. She smiled at his sentimental comment. "Indeed," she agreed. She bit her chapped lip out of frustration for not finding something better to say. A small drop of blood dripped of her lip that froze into ice. She licked it in order to save it from going wasted and so he wouldn't notice that it had frozen. ~
His nostrils flared as the scent of blood reached his nose. He turned slowly and smiled at her, finding it increasingly hard to control himself. Every part of him wanted so badly to taste her delicate skin, to drink the crimson heat that flowed beneath it.
"Do you believe in the supernatural, Ellesmeira?" he asked, stepping away from the window and letting the curtain close again.

She suddenly got worried, but gave him an honest answer. "Yes, I do," she said. She wondered if he had noticed the droplet of frozen blood upon her lip, giving her secret away.

E.m.o.C.o.o.k.i.e. She suddenly got worried, but gave him an honest answer. "Yes, I do," she said. She wondered if he had noticed the droplet of frozen blood upon her lip, giving her secret away. ~
Appreciating her honestly, he went on, walking slowly closer to her.
"Things that go bump in the night?" he jested, one gently curved eyebrow raised questioningly. He stopped a few feet from her and began to pace in circles around her, as if scoping his prey.
"Would you believe me if I told you if I was one of those things?" he asked, his voice calm and low. "Nosferatu? Vampyr?"

He smiled, parting his lips and baring his curiously long teeth in a non threatening way.
"You would have to prove that to me, young one," he prodded playfully, still walking circles around her. "These days its become to much of a fad to belive anyone when they say they are of my kind."

She pulled the collar of her shirt to the bite mark left on her neck and bit her lip again, but this time on purpose to show that her blood froze. "Enough for you?" she asked him, also showing her short fangs.

As she pulled aside her shirt collar and exposed more of her cream colored skin a hot surge of lust shot through his body. He stepped closer and pressed a gentle finger to the healing wounds on her neck.
"Who fed on you?" he asked

As she pulled aside her shirt collar and exposed more of her cream colored skin a hot surge of lust shot through his body. He stepped closer and pressed a gentle finger to the healing wounds on her neck.
"Who fed on you?" he asked

She shrugged. "I don't know. I was in a dark alley, and the next thing I knew, I was on the cold wet ground, bitten. I never saw him coming, but I know it was a guy, for lust overcame him and he took advantage of me while I was out cold," she said, staring at the ground.
