I shall make this guild bigger. Only thing is is that I don't want it overrun with inactive members(too late) and people who post in the wrong forum and push this forum in the wrong direction.

 I can try and find some more active members if you want ^_^ and if you continue the contest - Three Cheese Ziti; I believe I put it in under vegetarian dishes as I don't like meat sauce (of course, you COULD add meat if you wanted - I just don't). ;;
That would be fantastic! Thankyou ;D

Sweet Pepper Chicken (I've never found a recipe for this, nor have I tried to make it)
Ingredients Skinless boneless chicken Orange Marmalade Red and Orange Bell Peppers Spicy Peppers if Desired Cilantro Salt Pepper A little bit of oil or cooking alcohol for sauteing Cooking Alcohol
Materials Oven Stove Stove top Pan At least 2" deep pan Serving Utensils Turner or Spatula Open Space for Preparation Knives Cutting Board Bowls for Preparation and Holding Rags (Several uses) Food Processor or Blender
Instructions 1. Slice bell peppers into Strips. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Mince Spicy peppers . 3. Saute spicy peppers and wilt, if fresh, cilantro. 4. While still hot, put the cilantro and hot peppers into the food processor 5. Add Marmalade and spices to food processor and mix. 6. Sear chicken to seal off juices and in deep pan. 7. Saute peppers. 8. Add everything into the deep pan including a light layer of cooking alcohol such as cooking sherry or white wine. 9. Put pan in oven until cooked throughout. 10. Hopefully this will taste good.
For sides you can try garlic or mint mashed potatoes and some mixed veggies. Or something like that.
