Umm...How is it possible to get the correct answer for Mayor domino's password guessing thing without randomly selecting it?

There are 4 libraries outside his office. Each library has a different area of Shinra History and experiments. But, in each library there is a file that doesn't belong in that section of the library. Such as finding a file about the Space Program in the Jenova Experiments section. In this file there will be a number in front of the title. That number lets you know how many letters to count in the title of the file in order to find the password.
13 Final Fantasy roxs my sox. (The letter in that file would be "R" because its the 13th letter.)
Once you find all four files, figure out a four letter jumbled word should be no problem.
What is the name of Cid's weapon that you dig up in the excavation site?
