I don't mean to interrupt or anything, but I just wanted to let you guys know...
Well, I haven't had much time on the internet lately, and there's no scanner hooked up at this moment, but I have been trying to draw a picture everyday.
Is this okay? sweatdrop

I hate to feel like I'm speaking for other people (especially after my month hiatus), but I'm sure it's not terribly big a deal. I personally feel like this guild is more about self-improvement than showing others that you've really worked. I mean, it feels more to me that I'm doing this to improve myself, and even if my stuff isn't up to par with everyone else's drawings, I'm still working just as hard, because I'm not satisfied with what I am doing, and I have a desire to improve it.
Sorry, I got kinda side-tracked there. I would say, as long as you're working at improving yourself, you're succeeding. Don't let your scanner a'sploding stop you from making your best effort mrgreen *hugs* Look! You even get free Xeno hugs! That looks like a success to me! xd

3nodding yeah it's not required that you do a drawing a day
X3 it's all about the self improvement biggrin posting just archives your progress so you and others can see how drawing everyday will help one strenghten their art skills!

biggrin you are encouraged to draw at least one picture a day and post it here! There's some tutorials around and a critique thread if you'd like advice on how to make a picture better and what not. Thanks for joining razz

I recently drew a drawing that was really cool...and kinda cute too.
I drew it for my friend that lives far away, but i couldnt scan it.
But i still wanna tell you guys about it.
It was about my friend and me and our old days. we used to play around in his back yard, fighting with wooden swords. we had a lot of fun. so that drawing had some heart put into it. I drew me and my friend fighting with swords and dressed up as samurais. on the top it said "friends forever" and on the bottom it said "a dream come true." the reason i put that on the bottom was because we always wanted to dress up as samurais and fight with real swords. but we couldnt, so that's why its a dream made to reality in a drawin.
and the reason why i couldnt scan it on to my computer was because my uncle sent it to get upgraded, and i wanted to send the letter and my drawing to my friend as soon as possible. maybe, if he feels like sending it back or if he ever comes back with it, i can scan it.
well, i hoped you guys like a bit of my history. thanks for reading. ^_^
