*Everybody has Limitations Please keep fights short to 2-3 pages unless your a kage/sannin then i'll allow 5-6 page fights.

*Gennin may know only E-D Rank techniques (maybe 1 C Rank jutsu used as a trump card or as a gennius shinobi.)

Chunin may Know C-Rank techniques and possiblely 1 B-Rank technique.

JOnin may have up to B rank and possiblely 1 A rank technique (again trump card)

Sannin/Kage's (something simalar to sannin/kage) may have Multiple A-Rank techniques and 1 or 2 S-rank techniques.

*bloodline techniques may NOT be coppied. (this includes techniques like juyuken, hyton, and any bloodline based techniques.)You must have specific genetics in order to use these techniques. ((NO Bloodlines coping bloodlines. Read Here and Here))

*Kinjutsu (Forbbidden techniques.) ARE NOT ALLOWED (For gennin or chuunin (1 for jonin, 2 for Council Members (resistance), and Govenors (Imperium.)))

*Gennin may have a total of 5 Techniques
-Chuunin may have a total of 7 Techniques
-Jonin may have 9-12 techniques depending on your job
-Any position near kage level you may have 15 techniques (Max)

*People with bijuu are given an additional 2 slots for thier technique lists.

*In order to learn a techniques you must post a specific number of lines or complete the required number of posts with a minum of 15 lines per post.
