I realize you have got a lot of request or applications but I am hopping I appeal to your standards
Why do you want to be a moderator?: I would like to become a moderator because you have a more active guild and I think that would mean you may need a lot more help than any of the guilds I am in
What is a moderator's job?: to keep the guild forums clean, to keep the rules intact and everyone following them (but not to strict otherwise no one will like you or what you are doing and rebel) to keep the members informed of new thing and edited things in the guild
thank you for taking the time to review this application I hope it was worth your time if not than I am sorry for the inconvenience

I know I'm pretty new *gulps*, but I'm a mod on other forums so I know what the job is like and I would like to apply.
Why do you want to be a mod? I am experienced at being a mod, I will enforce the rules and obey all rules (Gaia and universal forum rules included), and I want to help out the guild.
What do you think a mod's job is? I think a mod's job is to enforce rules and obey them, make sure that the forums stay within the age limit, help out the head and global mods, and fun while doing it. Mods should post often, review announcements and posts often, and not be afraid to edit posts and/or delete posts if neccesary. They should not be afraid to ban members if the need arises. They should get to know their fellow members as well.
I hope my application was worth your time, and even if I am not accepted I will help the guild out by posting frequently and following every rule.

Why do you want to be a moderator? I will just like to help and see if there is any problems.
What [in your mind] is a moderator's job? Its a job that make's sure that nobody break's the rules or be mean to eachother. and also report back of what happen's in the day.

Okay guys, much as I hate to be the meany stuck-up mod, if you post "yo what's up people" or just a printed smilie, that still counts as spam and I believe it shall need to be purged. Correct if I'm wrong, but spam DOES take up allotted forum space.

Why do you want to be a moderator? Well i do have experience in being a moderator of another 2 guilds, giving me experience. And i think i could greatly help this guild become even better than it is now.
What [in your mind] is a moderator's job? To help the guild in any way and to purge the forums of spam and rule-breakers.

Why do you want to be a moderator? Because I am too poor to make my own guild and because I enjoy this guild and wish to be more active in it
What [in your mind] is a moderator's job? To remove inactive members and to get others to join while making the guild as interesting as possible for others
