Bonniw was my favorite, I think...she was so happy and funny, even skewered like that. And she was so eerie in the Afterlife scenes!
And maybe the scoliosis girl, her character reminded me of Juno.

Soo hard to choose... I read through some answers, and it only helped my list grow... haha
Max or Mac? The hermaphrodite. I loved her story.
The girl that Abigail Breslin played. The one who couldn't feel pain. I love Abigail Breslin, and was really excited to see her in an episode haha.
The man who said anything and everything that came to his mind, not realizing how inappropriate some of the things he said were.
Really old guy, just because he's awesome hahaha.
The earless boy was adorable.
Oh and I really loved Ellis Grey as a patient.
And Meredith... because she was hilarious on Morphine lmao.
Umm... the list could go on forever...

Seth Green as Nick, the dry, sarcastic guy with a b***h ex-girlfriend. I would've loved to see him with Lexie, but it would've cost them the whole budget of guest characters to keep him on tap.
I loved the OCD guy from Superstition. I wish he didn't have to die, I really felt bad for him. They let the dumb alcoholic live, but they couldn't let the terrified guy who couldn't live without counting live? Bah.

Her name was like Rebecca, but everyone called her Bex. I loved her. I liked really old guy. And yeah, I'm the sucker, But I like Denny. The REAL Denny, not MetaDenny, the stupid ghost thing you see now. And the guy who wouldn't poop!! From season one, Izzy was planning the big party, And you kept seeing man who couldnt poop. "IZZY! I POOPED!!" That was a granddd line. [:

Doctor Owen Hunt does owen count since he had to get his leg stapled up? XD if not, then i'm gonna cry! XD if he doesnt count, then it's the lieutenant who had a funny leg and got it amputated though it didnt need it, just so he could go to iraq... he was cool...

My favorite patient was the women that had all those babies how each had individual deceases and then she got all emotional.

this might sound odd, but William, the PDR in season 5, episode 13, Stairway to Heaven, because his role was pretty controversial, and I think the lesson, that Derrick only sees in black and white, while Meredith sees everything in gray, and how its easier to show compassion for a good man than it is a killer ... he just left one of the biggest impressions on me.

I thought he was cool. Oooh! I forgot about him heart I loved it when he pinned each doctor with th type of bird they could be associated with. The chief was a great, blue crane =3 watching over his flock.

That is a toughie.... I would have to say.... the little cancer girl who was 4 years old and she died sad That was soo sad and she wass so cute!!! crying
