The good news for you is that your concept is female. With the recent announcement looming over the quester's heads, you have one less thing to worry about.

I suppose your greatest challenge is the subject of the vials. If the Bioluminescence vial ends up going for the flat, then I believe you can find a way to incorporate the essence into your soul, with out having to give up too much that you hold dear. Deep sea creatures are also sensitive to light.

However, if the coffee bean concept is used for the flat, then we all will have a hard choice to make.

Io's Powers:

+First question should this: Is she more Light based or water based? I would think that she is more light related than water based but it's kind of a mix. =__= Ugh... I love how I don't think these things through. Maybe able to convert light into a liquid form? =__=;;;;

+The moon is related to gravity and the tide. I was thinking she would be able to manipulate water by having the ability to pull and push water, sort of like bringing in the tide and lowering the tide. This is actually more fun and interesting in a way.

+Stamina and strength. Based on the wolf's soul I think that their body build would give her a rather resilient body type. This would also help feed the man vibes. >8D

Io's Blindness:

+UGH! Struggling with this because now I don't know if I want to make her fully blind or just blind to sunlight like I have it. D: Somehow I want to make her depressed about her sight.

Well, I think it would be interesting if the blindness was partial. I really like the idea of her only being able to see by moonlight. But perhaps you could extend that to "reflected sunlight"? Not too sure.

Regardless, this still remains one of my favorite concepts to date!
