samuraichikX i heard some kids talking about how they played the n64 just recently and they were saying how it was all crappy graphics and sloppy gameplay and talking about old games like spyro and crash and how they hardly know about them. i'm sitting back thinking holy crap i grew up on those =( There wouldnt be any high resolution games like the ones tody without those. I personally think that kids these days have no appreciation, for videogames or anything else. Too much freedom and yet tis still taken for granted...

A Streetkid Named Desire I agree. Kids these days dont even realize the games that were out when we were kids. I was in love with Sonic on Sega Genesis when i was younger and i loved playing it. I skipped buying the Nintendo 64 because my friend had it and i played it at her house all the time. Then when me and my brother bought PS2 and then xbox....i got depressed because i missed my old sega genesis. Its sad really. I do realize the graphics were nothing but i still love the game. i really like going back and playing my older systems... i find the games even more fun now than i did back then!

Conker's Bad Fur day.
I wish I played it instead of seeing my brother play it though
That's all I have to say.
*edits* Oh yah, and the Genesis.
Lion King, that one McDonalds endorsed game I told my brother "I wanna play the McDonalds game" Because I though it WAS the McDonalds game, and.... I can't think of my other favorites.
We were watching El Leon Rey in Spanish class, and because I LOVED the games when I was little (think before 7), every scene that you could play either on the Disney Interactive CPU game or the Genesis, I would say "I REMEMBER THAT FROM THE GAMES!!! YOU COULD POUNCE ON ZATU!!!" or "I USED TO HAVE MY BROTHER DODGE THE ANTELOPES FOR ME BECAUSE I COULDN'T DODGE THEM!"
As you can tell, I love those games. They're awesome.
I miss them.
I WANT A GENESIS AND THOSE TWO GAMES, RIGHT NOW!
And I'm only 16. Aren't I a bit young to know what a Genesis is?

0.o yeah i think the same way, i get pissed when someone rates a game in a magazine low because of the gfx...
gonk I hate it. Some of my most favourite games happened to have bad gfx.

Evil wsa the Genesis games! But they did release them for the PS2.
Ah Spyro. I raised my sister and daughter on that cute, cocky dragon.

At least you didn't grow up super Mario and Donkey Kong on the super nintendo, that makes ME feel old!

Spyro rocks! I own both a Super Nintendo and a N64. I would not be able to survive without them. I would love a Wii, but the classics never get old.

I grew up on those! :huggles Spyro and Crash: How dare they say those mean things! I played every Spyro game made until they started making them for handhelds and PS2. Then they kinda sucked... And Crash was awesome. These kids need some lessons in classic gaming!
