In the beginning...

Being born of an Elvish mother and a Humanish father, Anarel is a being of both species. His father was a hired guard for the Palace of Asgard in Erudia, and specializes in archery. On the side, Anarel runs a shop with his father selling archery equipment. Anarel's mother had disappeared when he was just a young adolescent. For his 15th birthday, his mother and father gave him both Magni and Modi -- weapons crafted by his father, and enchanted by his mother. His mother would often mumble to herself, "The Gods are restless..." before she had disappeared. It has been 5 years since, and Anarel has replaced his father as a palace guard. He plans to retire soon from that position and traverse Asgard in search of things...most valuable to him.

Ф MAGNI A magic-instilled longbow of humanish and elvish craft. The bow is a few more inches in height than Anar stands. A shield has been fashioned into the crest of the bow, for defense in close combat if needed. The bow aids Anar in channeling his mana to manipulate the elements into his arrows. Due to the magic within Magni, the long bow is invisible in day light at all times. When mana has been flowing through the bow for a long period of time, light can reflect from it, and the bow can be seen in that manner. Only when Magni is struck with moonlight can the bow be fully seen.




Ф MODI This dagger is Magni's counterpart. It has no magical attributes, but is made of Mythril. It has been crafted so that Mana can be channeled into its blade easily, in order to reinforce it beyond its natural attributes.

Ф In addition to these weapons, Anar carries with him a quiver of strong, silver-tipped arrows.
