It's a nice idea. Although a lot of places already have similar things. I know here in the US you can drop your child off at a church, police station, fire department, or hospital and the child will be taken care of and they will not come after you either. I don't think this will lower abortion rates for the simple reason that most women have abortions because they are afraid to have an after-baby body and they feel having a child at that point in life would ruin their chances to live life to the fullest. Also, most people are uninformed about the adoption process and adoption agencies.
