This is a really cool (pardon the pun, har har) idea. I like the parallels between Rhiloss's scent and personality- Love Like Winter is a pretty strong concept all on its own, and I think you did a great job executing it. The only crit I can really come up with is that you might be able to work in a bit more of the "sweet" aspect of the scent.
Rhiloss's appearance sounds stunning! The see-through ends of his hair are a super neat idea, and fit perfectly with the scent. I can't wait to see him.
I especially love that Ka'hmesh hates the cold and gets stuck with such an icy scent. xd
