As you might know, in the march 2006 issue of Nintendo Power, they talked about the animal crossing water world by putting patterns on the ground. Has anyone else tried making a water world or another theme. Please tell. If you didn't tell me what theme you would want to do.

I was going to put clouds on the ground, and then all the places with stone tiles I was going to have ground. But in the end, I kinda gave up sweatdrop I do know, however, a person who has streets and stuff in their towns.

I'm planning a Pokemon them for my town. My town tune is the pokecenter healing jingle. You know, when you heal your pokemon it makes that little " doo-doo-Doo-do DOO" sound? Yeah, that's my town tune. And I have a pokeball flag. I just now have to draw the grass and the flowers and the tile and than I have cut all my trees and stuff and hope that my new planted ones will grow and stay like that.

I'm still working on warter world and im half way done already but one side of my town is a mess. domokun (and i didnt cut the trees where the water should be.)

it's too time consuming and i would get bored and just give up anyways...so no point in me trying to start at all...

That is awesome - I love that sound!!
I would make my town themed like the NES Dragon Warrior games
(the tiles are cute and simple to copy),
but since I use the d-pad for movement and use the B button to run,
I would accidentally pick up a tile instead of running,
which is lame.
Also - all of my pattern slots are filled with designs that I am not going to change any time soon.

I tried using the shoulder buttons the other day,
and it felt so unnatural that I just couldn't stand it!

This is not how I am... I would really like the water world theme, but... I don't want to cut down my crapload of trees. I make tons of bells harvesting the fruit from my many trees. (Well, I would if I ever took the time to do so. It takes forever!) I have become C O M F O R T A B L Y N U M B ...
