There is some truth to that statement. It depends on what kind of person you are, however. Some people are so damn ignorant that they won't give the original version a chance. However, it also depends on the anime. I like both versions of Berserk, but prefer English, only to hear Griffith's voice. Other than that, I'd like to hear Berserk in Japanese.
