I was going to get one of them, but I don't know which one is best. Which would you reccomend?

I've played both (but don't own either) if the Oracle games, and they are pretty interesting, but if you get one, you might want to get the other as well. I've heard that Link's Awakening is good, you should probably get that one.

yeah most of the people in this guild have only played Ocarina of Time. sweatdrop So I guess they really wouldn't know about it as much.
I suggest Link's Awakening, it's a very good game with awesome dungeons, and it has some Mario parts in it. But! Get the directors Cut because that one's in color.

Link's awakening is my favourite game! It's pretty simple, if you know how zelda games work you could complete it in a day. But still a very fun game. I loved the oracle games too, and if you have both it's really fun playing between them. But LA was the game of my child hood.
