Mmkay, I will offer you some constructive criticism and suggestions~ note this is all intended to be helpful. 3nodding So hopefully you will find it so, though if you plain out disagree with some of what I say - hey, go for it. XD
The fiiirst bit is about the appearance, specifically the skin and the hair color - I honestly don't know if this is intentional or not, but it sounds very very similar to Morpheus, Dream/the Sandman in Neil Gaiman's comic works of, well, the Sandman. Even if it is intentional, I'd be careful about pulling too much from a very common and popular work; I personally find it more interesting to create something wholly original. smile Your milage may vary though if it's an intentional homage.
The other thing I found kind of... odd... is the pocket-travel-size power. I can't really see how that relates to the rest of his abilities or his spirit? *headscratch* It just seems kind of random compared to the rest, which is thought out in a way that makes sense.
But, the good stuff, I like his nightcap-tophat thing XD and the dream-like wackiness and surreality he has to his character. Dreams dont' always make sense and I think that's well-reflected in him. 3nodding
There you go. ^.^~ I hope it is helpful, or something!

Thanks Sosiqui! But actually I never had Neil Gaiman's comic book in mind at all for my spirit's appearance. I have flipped through his comic before, but I've never actually read it. So while writing the appearance, I didn't even know until just now. When I came up with the Sandman spirit, it was just basically the Sandman from what generally people know about him, not really the comic. I had no intention whatsoever to take anything from it, honestly it was accidental. xD; Do you think I should change that even though it was an accident? Because I personally like his appearance.
Okay. Let me explain the pocket travel size thing... For some reason I have a connection with sand to shrinking for some strange reason. Though I was contemplating taking that out. I just have a strange mind set about the whole shrinking thing that I can't exactly put into words. I will re-think it a bit...

It's up to you, though I will say that if you have white skin + black hair for a Sandman spirit, people *are* going to assume it's heavily based off of or copying Gaiman, for better or worse. smile 'tis really up to you if that bothers you or not, y'know? *shrug*
