I can tell you that without asking the Loa.
When you open you Spiritual Energy Points (S.E.P.), there is a big amount of energy involved, simply because of the activity. There is a simple exercise to stop astral attack, that I found useful:
Imagine a White flame or Light, going out from Solar Pexus and into your Aura to create a white bubble.

I did, however, consult your Matron Loa, Aido-Wedo (you may want to look her up) on this.
She gave this visualization for you:
Visualise a Rainbow Serpent, full of Awe and Beauty, coiling herself around your Aura, and then turning into energy (e.g. Light) and staying around your Aura.
As opposed to this, you can ask her for help and protection, just as if you were asking a person. She also reveals herself as Demeter, Hathor and Mary, mother of Jesus, if you prefer those names more.

Advice:
Do the visualizations Marked in Red if you want protection.
Ask Aido-Wedo, by any name you feel suits her, to protect you when you do open your Chakras/S.E.P's

My apologies for not answering earlier:
1. You will need to make your spiritual practices more regualr then you do. Your intiution is still there, you simply need to feel it more ofter so to stregthen it. The loa say it is best if you find 2 daily times where you can concerntrate on it for 10-20 mins.

2. As far as moving in with your Man, I say do it. The Loa tell me that this will seem like a big change, and it will be, but you'll find hidden happiness at the end. My Matron spirit, Oya, is the Matreon of change, and she says you can call on her to guide you if you feel you should.

hehe, this sounds interesting. . ok, here are my questions, if you dont mind . ^^

1. What should I be focusing on spiritually/magically speaking at the moment? (feeling a bit adrift) =/

2. A ring I have made a link to me a while ago(an energy ball came out of it and jumped into my chest XD), and has been feeding me energy. I have tried to break the link, and now have the ring under stuff so it isnt as strong of a link. What should I do about it? Should I continue to leave the ring alone, or just try more to embrace the energy it was sending me? (the energy is very calm and makes me feel even more out of reality than normal, which is why I wanted to stop its influence on me since I am spacy enough @.@)

I AM BACK!!!
Holidays were nice, but now I'm back to tell you the wisedom of the Loa.
Please continue posting questions...the Loa are revving to get back into action!

ALSO: I may soon be creating another thread with the same theme if there are not many replies in this one. I will be working out of both threads, but it will be easier for "buisness" if I have 2.
