I'd love to have a membership drive during the next major event. Try to entice more people into the guild. But I also feel that some of the inactive members need to be removed. Also, some incentives for referring members. Say someone pulls in 4 or 5 new members from word of mouth? Then why not give the one jabbering a bonus or two?
