question To catch one is there any sign on the surface of the ground where its at or do you just have to dig around randomly?

When you walk around your town, sometimes you hear a strange noise, a cricket sound! Grab your shovel and start digging in that area until it comes out. Then grab the net and catch it!

all your suggestions are good also if a animal is nearby and they look at the ground and its making sounds then its probably where they are looking at
