There was a bit of confused shock to be given to the front-seat view of the god's transformation into disguise. It was Freya's response to clench her eyes shut and not look. But when she opened them, the lion in front of her was definitely NOT what she'd been expecting to see in any shape or form.
In fact, she had to prevent herself from giggling at the hue he'd turned instead. Freya's talent of suppressing her emotions was definately handy at that very moment, she decided.
"Well.. you look very lovely.. aside from... er...."
She struggled to find the nicest way to put his little mishap, and instead lifted a paw to brush her toes over the lovely pink hue of his coat just barely, before setting it back down.
"I do believe you were aiming for a different color than that one." she said sheepishly, smiling a bit. "You look completely different, still!" Freya added on hurriedly to the end, to at least try and give him the benefit of having done much better than -she- would have done.
It was just... hard to not point out he was a little closer to her own shade of color now.

Cocking his head softly towards the left, a pair of matched eyes gave her such a questionable look when her mood had suddenly gone from awe and piety to something akin to.. amusement of some sort. Upon hearing the responce, he watched her paw reach out and brush his f--
..
Wait a second. Staring down hard at the heavenly pink hue that danced on his fur like a little flower, his eyes narrowed in aggression at it, the words that the cheetah had mumurred falling on his ears lightly - but he would not say anything in return just quite yet. When the confusion and shock finally let up after a few seconds, the only thing that the juvenile was able to do was blink ever so lightly once before looking away.
"Well, the gods damn." he stated smoothly, before sticking his tongue out in a childish way before looking back to her, sighing. "I'm pink, aren't I." It wasn't a question out of uncertainty, but he had to make sure he wasn't being deceived by his eyes.

Through his blank and staring expression as well as imagining the turning gears in his head, Freya refrained from bursting out into laughter. However, at his outburst, she couldn't help herself any longer. "Well.. Yeah." she confirmed, giggling a bit, but simply because his response to being such had made it so she was unable to help herself anymore. It was cute, if not a bit in shock in her own honest opinion.
"But at least you make the color look good~" she also added, before her brain went 'Snap! We let her nature SLIPPPP' and quickly sent out the mental border collies to herd everything back into it's proper place. At least for now.
"And at least you got everything else.. I mean.. I'd never guess that you were a god!" she repeated, though worded differently. But she would think that he'd try again to change his LOVELY color to be less 'feminine' and more of the lovely white shade he'd been aiming for in the first place.
Freya didn't blame him in the least. Between being white and being pink, she too would have picked the former.

Unfortunately for the god of virtues, who honestly had yet to be hit on, and was naive as the cubling that he still was, an completely missed her tone of voice. Settling for a bit of a flustered face, he flickered and ear as he looked back down at his fur, now knowing that he wasn't seeing things, honestly, and at this time he was pink.
This would not do.
"Well, I suppose that would be a heavensent then, I appreciate your openness about that, and truthfulness, it is a blessing" He told her with a terse smile before deciding to finish off this.. visual audacity.
Crooking his maw into a thoughtful strained face, he stared his fur down until it was forced to change to a whiter hue.. well.. more like a pearled white than anything, the pink far too stubborn to leave after being summoned that day.

It was fortunate for her that her little 'slip of control' was easily missed by the juvenile. Afterall, it wasn't like Freya to allow little slip-ups such as that to occur. She had enough self control to refrain from the-hitting-on-of-little-boys... most of the time. Depended on if they started it or not.
She admired the shade for a moment more, before looking up at Mala as he spoke, causing her to smile a bit and nod. "Nah, it's nothing." she chipped in her own defense, waving a paw at the air, before actually watching as the god made a slightly strained effort to correct the problem of the pink-hue to turn it into the lovely white he'd been aiming for in the first place.
While the shade wasn't perfect, Freya smiled, again brushing her own white toes over the white of his coat.
"That's more like it~" she chimed in compliment, knowing very well that people seemed to do better at things when they were given praise for it. (At least, she'd been told so many times she was beautiful, that she'd grown accustomed to flaunting it for more compliments in the same sort of jest).

A large grin replaced the frown that appeared previous to it, the little juvenile was full of pride. Now he could hide away in days of trouble and never have to worry about being pestered when he didn't need to be. And hopefully, he wouldn't come up pink again. This, he would make sure of.
Watching as the other admired him, he figured that it would be just enough for him to.. hide away, but he still felt the weight of his jems, and wings. The feeling was so odd that he couldn't help but give out a delighted giggle as he got on all four paws again, walking around the area once more.
"I can still feel it. The weight, my wings, I can hear my jewelry, but it doesn't appear like I have any of it. It's so.. different."

"I have to agree.. it -is- different." Freya chimed, watching the god-in-disguise as he paraded about to test out his new look, while explaining to her, who wasn't blessed with such abilities, therefore no idea of how the illusion would feel.
"At least to me.." she added, wondering if the illusion itself had any feeling to it. She'd refrain from asking about it, however, and simply continued to admire his new appearance.
At a moments pause, Freya suddenly had a thought, and couldn't help but giggle a bit at the mental image in her head. "I would think, though, if you can still feel your wings, they might still be able to hit someone if you're not careful." she suddenly said.
Indeed, the mental image the cheetah had was of some poor little lion getting pegged in the head unsuspectingly by an invisible wing. A bit mean, yes, but a funny mental image, none-the-less.

Giggling softly at the mental image of some poor animal being decked by his wing, he couldn't help but put it in a cache in his mind - for future reference if it was ever needed - not like he had hoped it would - but it could be useful..
Shaking his head a little to dispel any future thoughts, he sat himself down finally, giving off a little yawn as he looked to the sky, his matching shaded eyes regarding the sun - he hadn't noticed that so much time had turned since he started talking to this interesting creature - and seeing that it was already much past midday, he gave a small nod and looked to his acquaintance contently, his white maw awarding the entire feel of this with a kind smile.
"I do appreciate your help although. I did not expect this to take as much time as it did - even from your precious time. You have all my thanks."

"Time that otherwise would have been wasted on mindless wandering. It was no bother on my part, and I will offer my time whenever you may need it~" she chimed, still keeping her mind in as 'polite' a mind phase as possible. AUGH it was so HARD TO DO.
However, she took that 'almost final statement' as a way to grope about harmlessly for an escape route on his part to go back to what he'd been hoping to do in the first place before her interruption.
So she'd widen the opportunity.
"I thank you for letting me barge into your thoughts when I did. However, I would think that my companion might be getting lost without me now." she said, before giggling a bit. "He's a bit helpless like that at times." Freya added, referring to 'him' so lightly, no affection could even be imagined between the pair.
"So, as much as I hate to do so, I must be getting back to the poor helpless boy before he gets himself lost and sends me stumbling off to find him amongst all the places he could go." the cheetah said, laughing a bit, waiting for some aknowledgement of this, before turning to start walking off on her own way.

A resonate thump sounded from his long tail as he nodded, knowing all too well that it was the end of the long day - and he had felt much lighter than he had started the day with - which only meant that he was over whatever was bothering his mind. Turning his new form around - even with the weight of his wings, he smiled towards the sun.
"Yes, I believe it is high time we part ways for tonight; It was a pleasure and I appreciate the borrowing of time - never barging, please don't consider yourself a burden. So, until the next time..." he trailed off, and started to walk his own way, happiness and content swelling up inside - knowing that the wicked webs he had woven were dispelled thanks to an outside voice that had made to be a friendly accomplice.
It was only until she had disappeared from his view that it dawned on him, that he had never introduced himself, nor did he have a name to remember her by, besides the gold pawed cheetah. Pausing to look at his trail behind him, his shook his head and moved on, giving only a slight "Snap."
That would come for another day.
