Out of all the Sonic charactors from any form of Sonic cartoons,comics, videogames etc. who do you think would be the last you'd pick a fight with? and it doesn't have to be because of physical power. It could be because your afraid of getting scorched (Ixis Naugus) or being melted by a robot (Robotnik).

Last person I'd pick a fight with?
Bark the Polar Bear, Bean the Dynamite, any of the Chaotix, Knuckles, Shadow,Nack the Weasel/Fang the Sniper, and Chaos.
Anyone one of them are a touch match plus I'd like my body to stay intact, burnt free, bruise free, and bullet free.

Seconded. The easiest way to take down Metal Sonic. In contrast it took me several attempts to wipe the floor with him as Sonic...

Scratch and Grounder. Why? Because no matter how stupid they are, those two never give up and keep coming back for more. Eventually, pwning them will become sooo boring, you'll finally begin to think "Why bother fighting them?".

Definitely Naugus (or, by the same token, Lazaar from SatAM). His abilities're all inbuilt and he doesn't rely on easily destroyable henchmen. His powers're potentially immeasurable and there's no way of disarming him short of knocking him out - which is extremely difficult.

Xagarath Ankor Cream. I'd be unable to fight back against someone that young. Not to mention that Cheese is perhaps the most powerful being in the entire Sonic universe. ....Seriously...if Cream and Cheese were to go Super, I have no doubts that Cheese's power would surpass that of a several-megaton nuclear weapon. <.<

That is a good point with Cream there. eek No matter how annoying a child can get, I cannot bring myself to hit him or her. (Not saying that I find Cream annoying, I was just making an example. I like her, really.)
I'd hate to pick a fight with Emerl, all ultimate skills equipped. A shower of rocks, whirlwinds, and booby-trap bombs laced everywhere? I'm already scared half to death!

Sonic always would be the toughest, but still I'd fight him, cuz I love uneven odds. The only reason I might not is in case he suddenly decides He likes the idea of killing humans. With how easy it is for Sonic to shred robots, imagine what would happen to a human....
