Head to Snowpoint City. When there, you should see a special weather effect - usually very rare, but happening on apparently every single cartridge of Diamond and Pearl (not just Japan, I checked my UK one just now). It's called "Diamond Dust". Nothing apart from that seems to have changed, so enjoy the pretty effects while they last. And happy birthday Junichi! ^^
