Remus paused. "Not yet, though she says she is certain there are more in this litter than the last." There was a great deal of awe in his voice as he had been amaized at four the first time as it was and to perhaps be having even more... well the idea was almost baffling to him and Remus felt drowned in wonder & happiness. "She only just told me, and then the both of us our kits so it might be a while yet. I was intending on checking home for Liliana then returning to Nari's side. For as long as I can be."
The werewolf of course referred to the days he was incopacitated of course, for even with the effects of the Wolfsbane potion he would not subject his pregnant mate to him in that state. He gave her the choice any other time, but as long as she carried their kits within her Remus set his paw down. Thankfully Nari was overprotective of their young enough to see his point in this matter. "Perhaps we can bring our young together to meet soon, once they are kits. I would like our families to be friends."
Guilt at not having stopped James & Sirius' pranks before touched his words and hung softly in his dark eyes. Severus might never mention it, but would Remus himself ever get over the guilt of his own inaction?

Severus nodded softly as Remus spoke. He wasnt completely objective to their young meeting. Lord knows Carmilla would smack him if he down right objected.
He nodded again "I see no reason our family's cant meet..." He said with a light flick of his tail. "When our eggs hatch, i'm sure at least one will follow me to class" He said with a soft smirk. Which incidently looked a bit foreign, given he was prone to sneers instead of smirks. "It would be interesting to see the young from such different family's interact...." He didnt mean that in a bad way, it was a common fact that Severus's family was from a differnt mold then Remus's was. Given how different the two were, and their mates. One was a vampire, the other almost angelic. Not exactly two females you'd see hanging out together.

"I know I would like that." The smirk caught Remus off guard and he had to blink a few times to be certain his eyes were not fooling him. "Yes -interesting. If you would not mind, perhaps I will bring one or two to a class when they hatch? Of course, I would not want to disrupt the lessons. "
The worried father & father-to-be-again of course knew nothing of how Liliana had disrupted the start of her lessons that morning or even of her new friend. It would be weeks until he himself would see Endless with her, and later before Lily would speak to her father again, and then her goings on might slowly be revealed to him. For now he was to remain in the dark. Which with Liliana was fairly new territory for Remus.

Severus nodded again "More students doesnt disrupt the class, disobediant students, " he paused briefly, reflecting upon the mornings incident with Lily and Endless. "disrupt the class however." he added a small frown. He was disappointed in Lily, however it was not his place to relay the incident to Remus. For after all, it was before class was scheduled to start, thus only indirectly effected the class, mostly due to embarassment of being caught.

Remus nodded, remembering even from his brief period as a Hogwart's professor how that was so. Accustomed to Snape's frequent frowns the chocolate furred wizard hd no idea why the potions master did so & thought little more about it. "Yes. Well, I should hope none of my kits are ever disobedient... though we cannot do more than hope we have directed how they turn out, can we?" His brow ridge crinkled with worry. He thought he had known Liliana best of all his kits. This was... most unlike her. "Ah, well as long as Liliana continues to show up for her lessons I suppose I should not be overly worried."
He attempted a smile, clearly still worried though he understood his little girl was now an adult. "Would it be to much to ask... I mean if she ever does not show up for lessons would you..." His voice trailed off and the werewolf kitsu looked awfully sheepish for even asking. His kits were adults... fully grown! But Remus would always be their father, loving and worrying over them.

If Liliana had chosen not to inform her father, then it was not Severus' place to fill in the blanks. If it didnt directly concern him, he paid it little attention. Each of his children, went a different way. Some were good, most were good. But there was the odd one, that took pleasure from the pain of others, that swam in darkened waters. He shook his head softly, removing himself from his repreive of parenthood. "That is the most any parent can hope for. That we've given them sufficent tools to aid them in life, and have started them on the proper path." he shrugged lightly "Then again, who is to say what the proper path is. The proper path to a hero, is to fight on the sight of good. The proper path to a villian, is to fight on the side of evil. Its a matter of perspective" he said with another small, barely noticeable shrug.
A small smile tugged at the corner of his maw. All his young were grown, and still he worried. "If ever Liliana is drastically late, i shall have Frank come to you." he said with a light bow "on that, you have my word." Now, Severus may be devious at times, he may seem cold hearted and malice, but he's an honorable Kitsusagi. If he gave his word, then you could count he would follow through.

Relief was evident on his face. Relief and gratitude. "Thank you, my friend." It is hard to let them go...
