Well, since I posted my eating habbit here anyways and didn't want to make a thread about this, I just wanted to say I stopped being a vegitarian yesterday after being one fore almost 2 years. I wasn't feeling all that great and thought I was missing some important things my body needed so I just ate some chicken and I will be weaning myself back on it. I'll be a part time vegitarian when I can ford it better.

Well, if you're body was failing, it probably wasn't healthy.

Were you going just vegetarian, or full vegan? Dairy and eggs are good sources of protien.

I ate dary eggs and fish only. No chicken, beef or pork. I couldn't be a vegan. I think what I was actually lacking was iron. I ate a lot of nuts and tuna tomake sure the protien would not ever be a factor.

I see. I usually take an iron supplement because I'm mildly anemic.

I was always too afraid to OD on iron so I never took it. The meat introduction seems to be fine. I had beef today in my spegeti. Not a lot though. I'm doing good...

I have been eating chicken and feeling a bit better. Then I was feeling ill again. I think I will go see a Dr. But yeah. Chicken has helped...
