Let me just say that this is NOT A JOKE!
Hey there Fellow GIB agents. I guess you're wondering why I'm breaking dress code a little. Well, I'm here to promote something that I've been having on my mind for a few weeks. Yeah, I know I haven't been active much, but this think tank project is why, and I've been thinking on this one, I lost a night of sleep over it.
First off, let me settle something right now and set the record straight.
-No, this is not some special ops group or rouge GIB agency, this is mearly an extension
-Yes, this HAS been cleared with TIM. (Updated)
-Yes, I'm going to let him know if I can get enough people.
-Yes, if he says to shut down Stingray Blue, I'll do it because I trust him
-No, this isn't an aquatic thing
-No, THIS IS NOT A JOKE. Stingray blue is to be a serious, or semi-serious, organization in the organization.
Project Stingray Blue (a.k.a. The Think Tank, First Liners)
Our objective: To provide the GIB agent with the gear, knowledge, and strategies needed to deal with the ever growing populous as well as the current situations of alien organization. We are those that dedicate our services to research, strategy, and tactics. We are that which is hard headed, and willing to put our name on the line in order to aid the GIB in running smoother then it ever could. GIB is the machine, Tim is it's engine, we are the grease and oil that help make the job for them easier, We are Stingray Blue, the think tank of GIB, and we want YOUR Genius.
Stingray Blue (Name pending) may not promis you the hardcore action of the field work, but it will promise you equal say amongst your fellow members as well as a chance to test your brain. This is no small task mind you, Stingray Blue is for those that like to think deep and outside the box.
I'm going to leave the floor open to all others. I am leaving the fate of Stingray Blue in the hands of my fellow agents.

Agent Minoko sighed a bit as he looked around the room where the hopeful minds of Stingray blue would show up. He didn't worry much as the little pep project would go either way, and he knew this would happen. He yawned softly as he sat in his chair, relaxing and waiting, it was all he could really do.

Agent SK44 dropped into the room through the air conditioning vent as usual. He walked over to agent Minoko and said, "I heard through my usual sources that you need help for this group of yours. Well, it looks like I am your first volunteer.*cough* They really need to clean out those vents." He walked over to the nearest wall and leaned his back against it as he waited for Minoko to answer. (I think this is the way you said to do it)

(I think this is the way you said to do it) (yeah it was) Thanks SK44 I was about to think that nobody would sign up. Welcome to the GIB think tank, or strategy room, as I like to call it. we're going to be working out different scenarios for problems and I guess you can say doing contingency work, but untill we get more people, you're the first volunteer.

Walks in through the door and looks around to see nobody in there. "Were is everyone," muttering to himself? He walks down the hallway and rounds the corner to find someone, but there is still nothing but doors. He turns around to leave.

SK44 walked down the hallway from the direction of the cafeteria and saw Agent Kj. "Hey, you here for the Stingray Blue project?"
