I like the idea of the tools, but the idea to change the body or head size of the characters I don't because it would not be the same game I've come to know and love.

I think It would be okay to have jeans and such, but becoming sick would be kinda... I dunno... kinda wierd, and so would changing your body shape. I like eating as many pieces of fruit as I want and still being... skinny.
