According to the Farmer's Almenac (which is usually frightingly accurate) the week of Valentine's Day is supposed to be extremely snowy...

I think this is the usual weather for February too. Its extremely freezing though and I think we lucked out with having sun, because if it actually "rained", its so cold that we probably would of had snow again. That's just my guess though.

Actually when clouds come it gets warmer because it insulates the warm air. We got snow before because of the super cold air from Alaska. That's how I understand it anyway. I could be wrong. It's just that I notice when it's a clear sky during the winter it tends to be colder than when there are clouds.
I used to have a weekly opening shift at Home Depot, so every week I'd be outside in the parking lot at 6 AM. I always prayed there would be clouds, because it was WAY warmer than without.

I don't know..just figured it to be a bit warmer by now..I'm not familiar with the weather though really..so I wouldn't know sweatdrop
