if people give me links to where i have to give them my username and password i give them phony/fake ones to get them off guard and they get their ip banned for to many incorect logins

i got a hack message before it wasn't that long ago though...but i don't know how to report. :

sry about the picture its all black & white because my computer was being stupid when i tried to copy & pasty the page to photo bucket it only came black & grey & white so i tried coloring it but it didn't work.. oh well that part don't matter.

lol..i think she mispelled something and meant to say 'ban' instead of 'been'

sigh...

anyway i suggest u report her.
if u havnt deleted the message theres usually a 'report this pm' button on the bottom left.

lolz. i've never tried to be hacked before... like the know that I can tell the differance. lolz. its funy reading some of them.

As funny as they are, some people actually fall for them.

However, as a nice little update from Gaia, you can no longer send out your password in a PM (Private Message). Trust me, you can't.

The story goes like this, my old password use to be Tassen, and I was having a conversation with someone else in PMs. Now, if you know me, I have a role playing character named Tassen, and his name came up in the message. I actually had to change all references of Tassen to tassen, just to send the massage back to the person I was talking to.

I have sense changed my password to something else (and you all thought I was just going to tell you! Mahahaha!). Now if I start talking about Tassen, I wont have problems with my password being sent out as well.

As a kind hint to you guys, make sure your password is not a common word you use. Make it a word you never say. It might save you the trouble of trying to find why your message isn't being sent.

I really like this update, once I found out about it. Gaia is always working to make your accounts safer!
As a reminder, don't ever hand out your password to anyone! Even though you can't in PMs anymore, I would not try to push it.
