Ah yes, my family's going to celebrate chinese new year too. Probably with a large extended family gathering at Dragon boat restaurant in the city.

I thought Chinese New Year had already come and gone.
It's actually this weekend, but a lot of people (including a lot of the Viets I know) celebrated last week. I have no idea why, I suppose Biccy or Mini can probably answer a lot better than me. xd

It's actually this weekend, but a lot of people (including a lot of the Viets I know) celebrated last week. I have no idea why, I suppose Biccy or Mini can probably answer a lot better than me. xd


Well the entire Chinese New Year period spans about a week or so. The holiday period started last week and some Chinese and other Asians started celebrating then. But the true new year's eve is tonight.

Yeah happy Chinese new year to everyone too. I stayed up to 1am last night before I could go to sleep. It was too friggin' damn hot. My mum stayed up to 4am watching Chinese television. xd
