I have a odd question. Why do they have sundays off? I thought the reason we have sundays off is because it is the 'holy day'.

we have sundays off because its a sunday. lol we cant just go to school everyday of the week lol

[Matsuko] Well...the vacations are shorter, and there's a half-day on Saturday. Or at least there was when my mom was a kid, I don't know so much about now. I was told that school ended on the 1st of march and began on the 31st of APril.

it's a wonder for me how my friends who were exchange students from japan enjoyed staying over in america xd

I kinda envy them. I perfer school over staying home any day. At leat I can hang out with my friends for 60 more days. Sign me up.

it goes grade 1-6 for elementary, 7,8,9 for middle school and 10,11,12 for highschool, then daigaku!!!
there is a one month break for summer, then a one month break for winter. 3nodding
