"You're not and 'it'." Jareth insisted. "The dragons just have rather strong views on interbreeding. And the royal family have done some terrible things in the past to both parents and children who are not pure of blood. The fact that you're half unicorn makes you even more noticeable, I'm afraid." If anyone's an 'it' it's the Dragon King. He's possibly the most unpleasant man I've ever met."

Macy let a sigh out and sat up, he leaned forward and leaned his chin against Jareth's shoulder. He bit back a sob, he felt ill and mentailly down and his recent terror had made him feel more vunerable. "you shouldn't bother with something like me" he muttered and stood up, exiting the throne room in a dejected fashion.

Jareth sighed. He wasn't sure which one was more difficult to deal with, angry Macy or depressed Macy. Although both seemed to crop up quite frequently. Would it be best to follow him, perhaps? Or perhaps it was a better idea to give him some space. They were both extremely tired, so maybe it would be best to sleep on it. He got up and made his way to his own room, wondering why the walls were humming like that.

Macy was led on his bed, the door tightly locked and barred with his dressing table. He was sleeping off his fever, as it had gotten high again with him being out in the elements and over-exerting himself all in the space of one day. He had the widnows flung open and the sheets kicked off his large bed.

Once Jareth was safely inside his room he closed the door and bolted it. He needed rest and didn't particularly want the goblins to see him in his weakened state. His chambers began with a large study with a desk by a window that overlooked the Labyrinth, several shelves of books decorated the place and a comfy looking armchair and sofa stood by the fireplace, if he ever decided to bring guests there, which he rarely did, but he took most of his meals there. Through another door was his bedchamber, with a bathroom and clothes cupboard leading out of that. It was comfortable and adequate, but hardly as regal as one would expect. But Jareth's family had never cared that much for riches, only knowledge and magic, and the Labyrinth that they so ardently cared for until they were driven out of their minds trying to understand its secrets. And who knew, maybe he was going down the same road. Maybe he had sentenced himself to this curse when he had found the book of maps and plans for the Labyrinth that had not been built yet and had felt compelled to complete it.

Macy's room was decorated in blacks and whites. The satin hanging off of his four poster king size bed was black with white overlay and his sheets were white satin aswell. His room was spacious with a fluffy rug set infront of a fireplace with odd books Macy had retreived from Jareth's store scattered about. He had a dresser, wardrobe and folding room divider in his room, and a door leading to a bathroom and a closet.
Macy himself was staring out the window that overlooked a part of the labyrinth, watching any movement he could see as the sky lightened to a nice blue to orange drawn.

Jareth looked up from his desk. It was dawn already? Time really did pass too quickly. Even with two extra hours in the day, thanks to the Labyrinth's unsual thirteen hour clock, there was never enough time. He was never going to sleep now, and one of the goblin servants would be up soon with breakfast, which would lie ignored on the coffee table until they took it away again.

Macy was in the maze room, looking around. He noticed one of Jareth's empty crystals still lay on the ground in the centre of the room and stepped inside, he had always been told to steer clear of this room. But he enver took notice of the old goat he called a guardian.
He felt the room shift and looked around in surprise, what the hell was that? oh well, he shrugged his shoulders and picked the orb up. turning to walk out of the room but finding the door had moved to the top of the maze room, to a place that looked near impossible to reach.
"damn a trick room" he muttered, looking around for another way out.
