Take your eyeliner, and make sure it's flat and point it toward your eye. The wide part should smear the bottom of your eye and make dark circles. ^_^

That's what I was trying but I think that the eyeliner was just too old or something... it wasn't smearing very well... I think I'll get some new eyeliner and see if that will work...
