Ok, everyone knows the new Legend of Zelda game, Twilight Princess. Those of you who have it know that the music is extraordinary, right? The soundtrack used to be available in select stores. It is (was) available on ebay. Everyone wants one. I ordered one off of ebay...
I get it two days later in the mail, and I am at the climax of excitement IN MY LIFE. And when I open the package, it is so amazing looking that I can't wait to get it out of the plastic. It came with a replica sword and shield, and a certificate with Shigeru Miyamoto's signature...
Well, where's the disk? In a small package apart from that, therein lies the disk. I take the soundtrack gingerly out of the small package and place it in the player which is hooked up to the surround-sound stereo. I looked back at the tracks labeled on the paper, and I saw only SIX TRACKS. Confused, I checked the player, and I saw only SIX TRACKS.
They were:
1. The Legend of Zelda: Orchestra Piece #2
2. Hyrule Field Main Theme
3. Kakariko Village
4. Death Mountain
5. Midna's Theme
6. Ilia's Theme
Note: The Ocarina of Time soundtrack had 82 tracks, Twilight Princess is at least 4x longer than Ocarina of Time.
So the moral of this story is, DON'T BUY THE TWILIGHT PRINCESS SOUNDTRACK, ESPECIALLY ANYWHERE FROM $40-80!!
