Bag of Monster I constantly resist the urge to spam the stickies with porn in an attempt to get them locked, and occasionally post in threads which need more attention. It's not just the way it's moderated now. I could get past that for the community. But nowadays, you can't just enjoy video games. It's physically impossible. You gotta get into some kinda war. Civil discussion is nearly dead. It sucks. Hardcore. Today at Wal-mart I was playing the Motorstorm Demo on my break. (I currently work at the McDonalds in Walmart.) I was having fun. And an older guy came up and started watching me. He seemed like what one would call a "Non-gamer". His shopping cart had a fishing pole in it. I ran into a wall and exploded, and we both laughed. Then we started talking. He commented on how the graphics were amazing, and I agreed. We simultaneously chuckled as I hit another biker person and then ran off a cliff. I made a comment about wanting one, but not being able to afford it. He concurred, but said the price would eventually go down and he'd get one then, and I agreed to that. Then he started playing and the cycled continued until I had to get back to work. Afterwards, I realized how beautiful a moment that was. This kindof gaming zen I reach with a complete and total stranger. While on the forums there's a constant console v. console argument going on with assholes being idiots and idiots acting like assholes, me and this random dude just enjoyed a game. I think it gave me hope for the world. And at the same time diminished my hope in the forums. Though, perhaps one day, we can instill intelligence in this brain-dead thread-hole. It is beautiful, isn't it? It's like that all the time at work for me. I can talk anything with anyone without pissing anyone off about one thing. Everyone is open to opinion. On Internet forums though, everyone is a bully, forcing their opinion and being an a** about it because they don't have to face the people they're talking to. It's quite sad actually.

I've done that before. I wish I could do that with chicks, but alas, gaming is a sausage-fest of a hobby. Yeah, for some reason I can't stop kids watching me playing with my Wii... Wait, am I a *****? burning_eyes Lolita?

I can't go into the VGD simply because I won't know what they're talking about. xD The only game that I'm playing right now that's popular is TP, and the discussions about that aren't too hot.
