I believe that if you really want your opinion to be heard, even if you are a laid back person, you should voice it.
Other wise the results could turn out badly,
then you'd be thinking "what could have been different if i had spoken up?"
I am a outright person so i always state what i think is right.

It really depends. There are times when you should speak out, either for yourself or for others and there are times when the best thing to do is keep your mouth shut.
