One of those people who got to school then figured out they canceled once everyone got there? I was D: I go to Evergreen Highschool, one of the two districts that were NOT canceled(with exception of those 2hr late starts). I got there thirty minutes before the bell then to later find out it was canceled at 7:15 am D:
wtfffffffffffffffff I know they need to make the call befor 6 am but jeez :/
Who else had this problem? cause I know im not the only one D: complain with me eh? haha

Last time they canceled school here was Ice Storm '96. Do the math.
They don't close the schools in Spokane for anything short of a city-wide disaster. And even then there's a leeway period. :b

I went to Pierce College in January during that massive windstorm- having a lawn umbrella fly just inches over my windshield and trash cans rolling all over the place in front of me and before that having 50' trees crashing around me in North Fort Lewis on the road to Steilacoom... and right when I get there I find out classes are cancelled... how nice is that?

like the first day we got snow all we got was 2hr delay which waz bull shite cuz no one went to school pretty much and then the next day waz 2hr delay again and at bout 7 or 8 the news said i didnt hav school and that day had the most perfect snow and i go to Tenino High School

I hated that day. They called at 5:00am saying 2 hours delay. I was happy hopeing to sleep in. Then they called again saying school was closed. At this point, I havn't been able to fall asleep. So, instead of sleeping in, I couldn't sleep at all.
