Well, it's not that original.. Niphz is just a shortening of Niphredil Ithilmir.. and Niphredil is the name of a kind of flower in Lord of the Rings and Ithil means 'moon' and mir means 'jewel' in elvish.. so yeah, not that original.
And I believe t0shi0 is some character from a scary film's name?
