As far as I know, there was one Tachikoma that seemed to have a male AI. The grayish colored Tachikoma(it's not called that, respectively, but I can't remember it's name) that can be seen in the opening for GITS: SAC is the one I speak of.

The tachicoma are so adorable! I must say that in GITS SAC 2nd gig, I was a bit disapointed in tachicoma days. I like tachicoma days in GITS SAC better. They give that cute tachicoma voice singing in the beginning ^^
