Hell, Groningen Dutch is somewhat influenced by Plattdüütsch (Low German), so that could be where it came from. Who knows.
Anyway, I noticed some of your corrections had the word 'wel' tossed around a bit, and frankly that's hard to translate to English. Give me all possible meanings of wel in every context, and I'll be sure to put that in.
