FergaWho? Fergalicious... Fergie!

Did you ever hear that hit song 'Fergalicious' by Fergie? Well, I did, like, one million times! And, I was thinking one day, wouldn't it be cool to have a Ulaya with a mood of Fergalicious, and a name of Fergie? Then that's, were my quest began.....

Markings: Markings? Oooh... I want Fergie to look like she's wearing make-up, blush, eye liner, eye shadow and such...
Otherwise she'll be randomly colored. But I would like some dark purple/ pinks thrown in there somewhere.
