Aww man, I absolutely love Jacob! I just happen to like Bella with Edward much more. I hate that everyone despises him. *huggles Jacob-plushie*

Honestly, no, I don't feel bad for Jacob. I mean, I feel like Bella made it very clear in Twilight that she didn't want to be anything more than friends, and continued with that line of thinking throughout New Moon. Jacob was basically just waiting for Bella to move on so that he could jump in his place, and guys need to realize that they can't do that.

Yeah, it sucks that Edward left, and I'm sure that Bella was mad and all that, but that doesn't change how she felt about him. No matter how much you're mad at someone for leaving you, you still loved them and they still mean something to you (I speak from experience). It took me ages to get over him, and no doubt it would have taken Bella even longer, but Jacob wanted that place in Bella's heart, and even if she got over Edward, Jacob could never hope to have what Edward did. You might think that mean and all, but like I said, I speak from experience. Guys can't accept that you still love someone in your heart that hurt you so deeply, years after the fact even. But it's not really about how they hurt you, it's about how they loved you. And it's because of that that they'll always have a place in your heart, and no one else can take that away from you.

Hmm, It's a hard one for me to agree with. I have been on the Bella end of something like this and I sympathize with her, but not without feeling sorry for Jacob; though I think their parting ways was inevitable. A friend of mine was a very Jacob person and i loved being around him, he was fun, funny, all aroud a great guy (and despite my feelings he was very sweet and considerate), but I never saw him as more than a friend and I tried so hard not to break his heart, but unless you know you can never understand how hard that is. We are not as great of frieds as I wish we could eb now and a part of me regrets that things ended the way they did, but I was only being true to how I felt.
I know Bella did the same thing and I think she will always miss Jacob, but she loves Edward and she can't lie to herself forever.

Admittedly there were times when she was in so much pain that i wanted her to move on and try to salvage a life with Jacob, but I knew she would never be happy that way, Jacob is not Edward and he never will be and that has nothing to do with Vampires or Werewolves.
