Rage watched Phib, anxiety and nervousness running through her veins. What would he say? What would he say? Backus had to stay, he was perhaps one if not the only one that had seen the other side of her. She wondered if Amelie had felt it yet, knowing something had happened since that Croanyl wolf visit. Backus was different also, like her, she knew he could take care of her.
When she heard Phib basically say that Backus could stay. she jumped up into the air and rushed over to Phib to snuggle against his shoulder, laying her head on his neck somewhat and closed her eyes, a sort of thankful hug for the great black wolf. She pulled away after a few mere moments, it felt awkward, but not. Strange to explain it, then she joined Backus again.
"Thank you Phib, and I will, I'll tell him about everything," Rage said with a smile and a wag of her tail.
Surely things would change now.

Backus merely nodded his thanks and couldn't help but chuckle when Rage nuzzled the elder. The male couldn't help but breath a sigh of relief at the prospect of staying. He knew that he would have to tame his evil, evil ways, but he knew that even monsters became mundane with the right atmosphere. When Rage moved closer he noted her tail wagging and his began to do likewise. When she was happy, he was. He nuzzled into hre shoulder a bit and then turn his dual eyes towards Phib then around the lands surrounding them. A small hint of a smile could be seen twitching at the corners of his maw.
This was his home now.
