He shakes off his confusion and gets back into style. "I knew I could wear you down eventually, Lady." He doesn't put her down, but walks over to the sofa and sits down with her in his lap. He wraps his arms around her waist, preventing any escape attempts.

Thana giggles softly, her grin fading to a soft smile as she tucks her arms underneath Marmaduke's. She rests her head on his shoulder, pressing her face into his neck and sighing softly. THIS was bliss.

He smiles and kisses the top of her head, smiling softly as her warm breath caresses his neck. He turns her so that she's facing the same direction as he is, and gently pulls her back so she's leaning against him. He proceeds to massage her belly, humming softly (almost a rumble) as he does so.

We're fallin' behind back here!! Olga and Ranger are -way- less affectionate than Thana and MDuke (Never, EVER call me that again.), and they're already up to 12 pages! Not to mention content within...-whistles innocently-

Sorry it took so long... xD I couldn't think of anything for them to do. *falls over* There's, like, NOTHING that they could do that would move them out of the romantic mood and into something happy, without making them spaz.

Lents, what if we sort of let them fade out for a while? Assume that they go to their separate homes, and then they can come back later and do the hello and all that shiznit and then maybe one of them isn't feeling romantic...they're feeling spaztic. xd

Marmaduke, bearing some fragrant blooms, rings Thana's doorbell. He rocks back and forth on his heels, running his brilliant plan through his head.

Thana ran a hand through her hair, tugging on the hem of her shirt to make it smooth. After clearing her throat (and breathing into her hand, to see if her breath smelled alright) she stood on her tiptoes, peering into the small circlet of glass on the House's front door. Thana (and all of Lenta's pets, for that matter) lived with Lenta's friend, Moofuls, in Moo's giant House.... It was more like a mansion. It housed both Lenta's family and Moo's (which was amazing in and of itself) and had plenty of room to spare. Thana was home alone, save for Fenwrit, Lenta's Jivvin, and his two small Sprite eggs. The three were off on some adventure of sorts at the moment, so Thana got to open the door without having to answer that all-time annoying question, "Who is it?" Once she spotted Marmaduke, Thana grinned, quickly unlocking the door and pulling it open.
"Marmaduke!"

Marmaduke silently hands her the flowers and then sweeps her off her feet, closing the door with his foot. He murmurs sweet words in husky Spanish, pausing every so often to kiss her ear or cheek.
"My dear," he speaks in a coherent phrase at last! "You've been kidnapped." His tone is suave and genteel, and oh-so-sexy. "I mean not to harm you, but I'm afraid I must confess that I've fallen in love with you." He kisses the tip of her nose. "I mean to make you fall in love with me. I'm a patient man, and I can keep you here a long time." Nevermind that they're in -her- house.
He winks and smiles briefly, a glimmer of his personality showing through the act.
He sets her down on her feet and folds his arms over his chest, smoothly shifting his weight to rest on his left foot and bending his right knee some.
Heh. I watched Beauty and the Beast today...don't ask me why that inspired me, but it did.
