so i gave it a try. i had to do it in 433 cause my tuner wouldnt go down to 432, but one hertz isnt gonna make mmuch difference. this tuning is slipknots dream tuning, all the strings are tuned drop D style, so that all power chords except for the highest are done with one finger. i noticed that it sounded a little better then 440, perhaps ill use this frequency more. the tuning was horrible for leads though. because of the tuning you actually tune the g string UP instead of down. which made the b and e strings lower then the g, which really messed you up, its not bad once you get used to it...just dont try sweeping unless its kept to the lower 4 stings

I like to try a wide variety of tunings. My favorite tunings are D (Not drop D) and E.

i prefer standard tunings (e, d standard....anything thats not drop D style) this tuning was horrible, as i said, dont bother if you enjoy playing solos, id only use it for rhythm, and thats only if i was forced...though i will be trying out the lower frequency with other tunings and recoding and comparing which one i like better

Weird tunings are fun, but annoying... but some like the ones Joni Mitchell used, make chords so much easier heart
