I remember when I really wanted to buy Scary Movie but I was too tiny, and so I had my dad buy it for me, and he asked why it was rated R and I told him it was because it was scary, and reminded him that my mom said I could watch R movies as long as they were only R for scariness and not sex or nudity, and my dad believed me, because I was all "why would it be called scary movie if it wasnt a scary movie? rolleyes " My dad is so special sometimes xd

I don't watch movies.Unless i've seen the comercial, and thought it looked good.Other then that, half the movies I watch, i'm forced to watch.Because my parents make me, or my brother wants me to watch it with him...IN this past year, i've only liked about three movies out of the who knows how many i've seen.
I rent video games.I don't care about no rating on anything.I reant what I want.I watch what I want.And i'm only 13.
I only rent video games.Not movies.

O__o that's seriously dumb. There's no age limit on pg-13 movies. You do have to be 17 to buy rated R movies but still..

Everyone does(where I've been, at least). pg-13 stands for "parental guidance suggested for 13 and under." Which basically means if you go to the theatre and you're under 13 but are not with a parent, you can't see the movie. 13+ is fine by themselves, however. Anyone can see a G movie by themselves.

system malfunction Eikichi Taro Stalth Went to go to Jackass 2... they wouldn't let us in cause the guy we went with turned 18 THAT DAY! It was his birthday and their reason was that he might not actually be 18 until later in the night.  That's stupid. Like a few hours are really going to make the difference in his maturity rolleyes In all actuality, legally you "turn" 18 on the day before your 18th b-day... (i forgot where I read this though...) And the same applies to becoming 21... and any other age... o_o( )

When I was about five, my dad bought Diablo or something like that, and the checkout person was like, "You have some nerve to buy these things in front of your children!" 'cause it was rated like M or something like that, and he just shrugged 'cause Scelly and I have been playing M rated games since we could use the mouse. @@;

In Germany, yeah. Wanted to watch Antikörper/Last Samurai/Kill Bill but they didn't let me in because I was too young.
(Then I went to Hungary and watched them except Antikörper in the cinema. Cheers for nice Hungarian employees!)
Ratings ares stupid, I've been playing GTA since I was a third-grader and I'm not a serial killer stare If they made sense, then the whole Hungarian population would be murderous freaks.
